Therapeutic Massage is a popular treatment at our Chichester clinic. Aching joints, stiffness, headaches and stress are common complaints that many of us experience daily. Let your cares fall by the wayside as you wind your way down the leafy green lanes leading to our West Sussex home. The design-led barn complements our relaxing Massage treatments offering a light and airy space which works on calming both body and mind.
Massage is integral to our health and well-being and rather than being a one-off treat for Christmas or a birthday, should be used regularly. Primarily because it is an essential stress reliever. ‘Stress’ is an often used word which can be an indicator of life lead to the max. At its most acute, it can be a channel for sleep loss, muscle fatigue and pain. Weekly or monthly use of Massage relieves physical tension in the body by using different manual strokes to improve blood flow and ease muscle tightness thus promoting relaxation, pain relief and both physical and mental restoration.
At The Boxgrove we believe passionately in the power of massage. Call us on 01243 696630 and book an appointment with one of our professional Chichester based Massage therapists today. If you have any questions we’ll be happy to answer them, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our experienced Massage therapists will discuss any symptoms, concerns and expected outcomes with you. They will then suggest a treatment plan and give you treatment dependent on your individual needs. The aim of therapeutic massage is to relax and loosen your muscles, ultimately more of a treat than a treatment.
This is dependent on your preference. We can work through clothes and will do whatever makes you most relaxed – muscles respond better and quicker when relaxed. We do provide shorts if you are happy to remove clothes. The rooms are warm and we use towels and blankets to keep you warm and to retain your privacy.
You will be in charge of the pressure used by the therapist. Dependent on your desired outcome, pressures may change on different parts of the body. If the pressure is too hard or too soft just mention it to your therapist and they will adapt the treatment accordingly.
Directions to The Boxgrove and a map can be found here. Parking is available to all of our patients. We kindly ask all those coming for a scheduled class to park in the Boxgrove Village Hall car park.
