We’re pleased to be able to offer Yoga classes at our Chichester studio. Our Yoga classes strengthen the mind and body, using breath to flow through sequences that focus on opening the full body – with particular awareness to the shoulders and hips and strengthening the back.
£12.50 per person per class
Venetia has been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years and was trained by the British Wheel of Yoga. Her classes reflect a variety of influences but in a classical way. The classes include breathing practices, relaxation and posture work (flow and static). Venetia believes in the saying ‘flexible spine, flexible mind’ and aims to keep the spine healthy and supple. She is particularly interested in the therapeutic benefits of yoga and the way it helps with stress and anxiety. Her classes provide a safe & relaxing environment in which one can explore both themselves and yoga.
