If you’d like to experience an exercise class with a difference pop along to our Chichester studio and book onto a Barre class. Barre uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines such as Pilates and Yoga. The barre is used as a prop to balance whilst doing exercises that include strength training, combined with high reps of small movements. The workouts improve posture, alignment and will safely reshape your body.
